Really good info on Bounce Rate from Google. This should help the dealers on the eCertification Program (Fusion website) better understand Bounce Rate.
Please understand, if your site is indexed correctly and pulls relevant pages for searches, bounces are a good thing as the viewer "searched, clicked, got their info from you, and clicked out"...

Great article from Google, but I like your point about bounce rates. If you do a good job with directing traffic to the appropriate landing page, they may get what they need without needing to click. However, I think a great landing page will still engage them to click something for more information, to fill out a lead capture form, etc.
